With a psychoanalytic approach, Essie helps clients explore how their past informs their present, offering a space for reflection, healing, and growth. She works with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, cultural identity, and relationship challenges. A graduate of North Carolina A&T and George Mason University, Essie is committed to creating an affirming, inclusive, and empowering therapeutic environment for all.
