Why Keystone Therapy Group?

In architecture, a keystone refers to the central stone in the top of an archway, providing support, balance and strength to the arch and entire structure. In nature, elephants are referred to as a keystone species due to their role in providing support, balance and strength to their herd, as well as the surrounding ecosystem of plants and other animals.

At Keystone Therapy Group we believe in emulating the emotional characteristics of elephants in our therapy: compassion, empathy, support, communication and strength. With these values guiding our work, we are able to meet our clients where they are and walk with them through their therapeutic experience. Our purpose as therapists is to help our clients identify and learn about themselves to make healthy changes and pursue a balanced life.

Our Mission

At Keystone Therapy Group, our mission is to provide unparalleled mental health care centered on quality, compassion, and authenticity. We are committed to fostering healing and growth in individuals, couples, children, and families through evidence-based therapeutic approaches and personalized attention. With a focus on integrity and excellence, we strive to create a supportive and safe environment where clients feel valued, understood, and empowered to achieve their highest potential. Our dedicated team of mental health professionals is united in our mission to promote emotional well-being and enhance the quality of life for all those we work with.

Our Approach

At Keystone, we provide high quality collaborative care for each client we work with. We prioritize meeting our clients where they are to help them identify their values, achieve their goals, and form meaningful connections with others. We have specialized training to work with anxiety, depression, peer/family/marital relationships, life stress/transitions, gender & sexuality, and trauma.

The most important part of our success is the authentic relationship between therapist and client! We provide a space where clients feel safe to learn about themselves, laugh, and grow. We help clients feel accepted and supported within their experience so they can learn to trust and be their true self out in the "wild." We are BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ allies.
