Overcoming Anxiety & Depression
Life can sometimes feel overwhelming — whether it’s the weight of everyday stress that slowly builds up, or an unexpected event that shakes your sense of stability.
I help you slow down.
As your therapist, my priority is to create a compassionate and non-judgmental space, fostering personal growth and honoring your unique life experience.
I help you reconnect with yourself.
My approach is person-centered and strengths-based, with a primary focus on exploring your emotional experience in a meaningful and empowering way. I also incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help us identify how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors interact.
Raised in a Japanese American household, I developed a deep appreciation for the values of empathy, respect, and altruism — principles that continue to guide my work as a therapist.
I help you focus on what truly matters to you.
I would be honored to learn your story and support you in understanding how your past, culture, and values influence your present. Together, we’ll work to get you un-stuck from the patterns that no longer serve you and move toward a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling.
