Individual counseling allows a client to meet one-on-one with a therapist to work towards growth and change in the client's thoughts and/or behaviors. At Keystone, we believe that personal change is a difficult yet worthwhile process. We work collaboratively with clients to establish goals in therapy.
Child & Adolescent Counseling
Child & Adolescent counseling provides clients ages 10-17 with a space to feel safe and supported by an objective professional. Our therapists support children and teens with stress management, life transitions, and managing relationships (peer and family).
College & Career Counseling
College & Career counseling is offered to any individual who is looking for support to identify work skills, interests, values and career direction. We support working adults looking for a career change, and young adults in college searching for a direction.
Couples counseling can teach partners how to identify difficulties in communication, and develop effective strategies for healthy connection. We help couples improve communication, identify personal values, and establish and pursue relationship goals. We also address pre-marital, reproduction and separation issues.
Family counseling is helpful in decreasing conflict and fostering healthy communication between family members. We work with clients to identify family structures, explore patterns of behavior, and improve connections to nurture healthy relationships.
Group counseling at Keystone consists of one therapist and 6-8 clients. We prefer to keep group sizes smaller to provide space for each member to speak and feel heard in sessions. Topics for groups rotate with client needs.
