Today’s world can bring about stressors to the strongest of people, but I believe everyone is resilient enough to handle what life brings their way. My expertise is working with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults managing issues of: depression, anxiety, emotional regulation, trauma, loss & grief, relationship issues, and family conflict. Additionally, I have experience working with intelligent, bright, driven individuals of all ages.
I use an assortment of therapeutic techniques based on the presenting client needs. I believe in an integrative approach to counseling services incorporating our mind and body to process and work through our current situations. The past is important; it is my approach to understand how a person’s past is affecting their present.
