Overcoming anxiety and improving self-esteem
I’ve always believed that everyone deserves a space where they can be themselves without pressure or judgment. In my work, I focus on building genuine connections and creating a comfortable, supportive environment where clients feel heard and understood.
I especially enjoy working with children, teens, and young adults, though I welcome clients of all ages who want to better understand themselves and create positive change. My main areas of focus include self-esteem, anxiety, and relationships.
I help you trust yourself
In our sessions, you’ll find a space where it’s okay not to have all the answers. Maybe you’re dealing with anxiety that makes it hard to focus, self-doubt that holds you back, or relationship stress that leaves you feeling drained.
Together, we’ll explore what’s really going on beneath the surface and develop tools that fit your real life, not just textbook solutions. My goal is for you to walk away from our work feeling lighter, more confident, and equipped with strategies that actually stick.
Growing through connection
What sets me apart is my ability to connect quickly and authentically. I’ve spent years working closely with kids and young adults through coaching and caregiving, so I understand the everyday pressures you’re facing. I bring that real-world perspective into therapy, helping you feel comfortable being yourself.
My approach combines person-centered values with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients better understand themselves, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and move toward lasting growth.
A little about my path
I’m currently earning my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Marymount University and working toward LPC licensure in Virginia. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Rehabilitation and Human Services from Penn State.
I lead with curiosity
When I’m not studying or meeting with clients, I love reading, traveling, spending time with friends, and trying new restaurants since I’m always on the hunt for a great food spot.
I try to bring that same curiosity and warmth into my work, helping clients feel comfortable and supported as they grow.
