Helping make the process of starting and staying in therapy easier.

When you reach out to Keystone Therapy Group, there’s a good chance I’ll be the first person you hear from. I work behind the scenes to help things run smoothly so that when you begin therapy, you can focus on the work that matters most.

From scheduling appointments to helping answer questions about billing or insurance, my role is to make the practical side of therapy feel clear, organized, and manageable.

Starting Therapy Can Feel Like a Big Step

My goal is to make the experience of getting started feel welcoming and straightforward so you can move toward support without unnecessary barriers.

Whether you’re scheduling your first consultation, trying to understand your insurance benefits, or coordinating ongoing appointments, I’m here to help guide you through the process.

What You'll Get With Me

You’ll get someone who understands that reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable. I approach my role with patience, kindness, and attention to detail because I know the first interactions someone has with a practice can shape how comfortable they feel moving forward.

When you contact our office, I aim to respond with clear information and a calm, supportive presence so you feel confident about the next steps. Even though I’m not a therapist, I care deeply about helping create a positive experience for every person who reaches out to our practice.

What You Won't Get With Me

You won’t be left wondering who to contact or how to move forward. I do my best to keep communication clear and organized so scheduling, billing questions, and paperwork feel manageable instead of stressful.

If a question comes up that needs clinical input from one of our therapists, I’ll help connect you with the right person so you can get the support you need.

Why My Role Matters

Therapy works best when people feel supported from the very beginning. That support doesn’t just come from the therapist you meet with each week. It also comes from the systems and people behind the scenes who help make sure everything runs smoothly.

I enjoy being part of that process. Whether I’m helping someone schedule their first consultation or making sure appointments stay organized, my goal is to help create a welcoming and reliable experience for every client who reaches out. You may not see me in your therapy sessions, but I’m always working in the background to support the care you receive.

My Role at Keystone Therapy Group

While our therapists focus on the clinical work that happens in the therapy room, I support the practice behind the scenes so everything runs smoothly.

– Answering questions about billing and payments
– Helping clients navigate insurance information
– Coordinating paperwork and client portal access
– Supporting communication between clients and our team

These details might seem small, but they play a big role in making therapy feel accessible and organized from the very beginning.
