Our Story
Keystone Therapy Group was founded to provide support and guidance to clients who are struggling to be who they want to be.
We believe that symptoms of anxiety, depression, stress, etc. occur as a symptom of an individual experiencing thoughts or behaviors which are in conflict with who the individual wants to be. When therapists provide a safe space for clients to reflect on themselves, clients are able to understand the root of their symptoms and learn to make healthy changes in themselves to pursue their ideal self.
Our Approach
At Keystone Therapy Group, our focus is to provide the best care to each client. We believe in meeting our clients where they are and acting as a guide to help them pursue their ideal life - similar to a GPS guiding a driver. We believe that through counseling, clients learn to recognize and manage their symptoms to experience a life they enjoy.
We offer a free 20-minute phone consultation for prospective clients to discuss our services, payment options and scheduling.
